PSG has granted Al Hilal permission to speak with Kylian Mbappe after the Saudi Arabian club made a world-record €300 million (£257 million) offer for the France captain on Saturday; Al Hilal representatives have been in Paris this week but have not met with Mbappe's camp.
" Kylian Mbappe is not interested in meeting representatives from Al Hilal to discuss a move to Saudi Arabia."
PSG have given Al Hilal permission to speak to Mbappe after the Saudi club made a world-record €300m (£257m) offer for the player on Saturday.
Representatives of Al Hilal have been in Paris this week but there has been no meeting with Mbappe's camp.
Insiders at PSG believe Mbappe is refusing to speak with Al Hilal because he has already agreed to join Real Madrid as a free agent when his contract expires next summer.
Al Hilal's offer was subject to a payment schedule being agreed upon, as well as the signing of contracts between the clubs and Mbappe and Al Hilal.
PSG believes at least five clubs want to sign Mbappe. The offer from Al Hilal is not the only one received by the French champions.
There is said to already be a "hot market" for the France captain, with the interested clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham, Inter Milan and Barcelona.
If it were up to the French champions, PSG would simply sell Mbappe to the highest bidder, even though other clubs would find it difficult to match Al Hilal's offer. However, PSG will consider any and all offers and proposals to sell Mbappe.
If the 24-year-old does not sign a contract extension, he will not play for PSG again.
To ensure they do not lose out on the player again, Real might now be tempted to submit a formal offer for him.
PSG is adamant that Mbappe, who reportedly cost more than £150 million when he signed from Monaco, will not be lost for nothing.
Clubs that are interested have been informed that PSG is even willing to loan Mbappe out for the season.
Who will be moving on this summer when the transfer window opens on 14 June and closes at 23:00 on 1 September in England and midnight in Scotland?
